What minimum foundation preparation is required prior to site delivery?
Our modular resort cabins and space capsules are designed for minimal site disturbance. The most cost-effective and environmentally friendly foundation solution consists of concrete piers or steel ground-screw pilings positioned under the structural chassis load points. Strip foundations or flat concrete slabs can also be utilized. Detailed structural foundation anchor plans are provided during the engineering drawing review stage.
How are utilities (water, electricity, sewage) connected to the cabins?
All cabins are fully wired and plumbed in the factory according to your destination country's electrical (110V/220V/240V) and plumbing standards. Utility collection ports are consolidated into a centralized, insulated bottom utility bay. On site, local trades simply perform quick-connect hookups for main power, fresh water intake, and waste drainage line connection.
Can we customize the interior layout, furniture, and exterior brand colors?
Yes. As a dedicated OEM/ODM manufacturer, we offer complete tailored solutions. You can specify floor plan layouts, interior wall finishes, flooring materials (LVT, solid wood, stone composite), custom built-in cabinetry, luxury bathroom fixtures, smart home lighting, and custom RAL exterior colors or branded architectural cladding.
What is the estimated manufacturing lead time and global shipping process?
Standard manufacturing lead time ranges between 25 to 35 business days depending on order volume and custom specification complexity. Units are securely packaged and shipped via standard ocean freight container shipping (using 40ft High Cube containers or specialized flat-rack containers for oversized capsule models). Overseas transit times typically range from 14 to 35 days depending on the target port of entry.
How do these structures perform under extreme cold, wind, or snow loads?
Our cabin envelopes feature high-density polyurethane spray foam insulation (R-28 to R-35 equivalents) coupled with double or triple-pane Low-E argon-filled tempered glass. Ground snow loads are rated up to 2.5 kN/m², wind resistance is rated up to Typhoon Class 12 (120 km/h to 150 km/h sustained gusts), and steel chassis frameworks undergo anti-corrosion hot-dip galvanization to prevent structural decay in cold or humid environments.
What building code compliance documents and warranties are provided?
Each unit undergoes factory quality inspection and comes with structural engineering documentation, electrical wiring schematics, material safety data sheets, and CE/ISO certifications. We provide a 10-year warranty on the structural steel and aluminum framework, along with a 2-year warranty on internal electrical components, plumbing systems, and windows.
